Greetings, I’ve set up a new page for the new project I have with Valencian musician Truna, we just got off a month long tour in Spain/France, one of the most grueling and tiring tours but definitely a privilege to be playing with a musician such as him almost every night!
Introduction to my collaborative work with Truna
UK contemporary music magazine The Wire wrote an article on The UnifiedField this month (Aug 2010) in their Global Ear section and spoke at briefly about the work of One Man Nation.
So I have set up a vimeo page for The UnifiedField space and collective and uploaded most of the events that have happened until now including the latest One Man Nation performance there.
Some good, or rather great news coming from here. First off, One Man
Nation will be returning to Bilbao for the MEM Festival in Nov, this
will coincide with the week long Festival de Improvisación
Multidisziplinar (FIM) at L’Mono where I will be giving a week long
workshop on programming your computer to make it an improvisation
ready instrument (well try to at least).
So the time has come for the end of yet another wonderful tour! More on the rest of the tour since Spain coming soon plus new videos (once I get through the tedious digitization/compression process…). But in the meantime, a short update as to whats happening here –
