Finally after much designing and re-designing as I am such a hopeless website creator, the site for The Future Sounds Of Folk is finally up and it definitely looks better than this OMN site! I’m jealous!
For the lack of updates recently has been largely due to being in Jogjakarta starting up and co-directing The UnifiedField collective and art space with Marta Moreno Munoz.

So I am proud to present the first video documentation of a performance I did with multi-instrumentalist Jimbot, he was playing the Kendang, Suling and the Bonang. A little update, have been in Indonesia since the beginning of the year, initially in Jogjakarta, then in Bandung the past week and a half, before heading back this weekend to Jogjakarta where I’ll be based till maybe June this year.

In less than 24 hours, I say goodbye to Rotterdam and Europe to Asia for half a year at least. The next 6-7 months I will be in India, Indonesia and Indochina, searching and researching for the exhaustive work of Taam Ming: Music Of The Post-Human Future Folk.
